Worked with an S Corporation client and business attorney today to structure a plan that allowed the owner to receive income until he retires, provide for his wife in case of his death for a number of years, and made it attractive for his key employee to want to keep the company going while the owner and wife are getting their retirement income, and with a minimum of taxes!
